We offer customised photo booth backdrops for $450+ that are printed on high-quality, anti-reflective fabric that measures 2.4 by 2.4 meters.
These backdrops come mounted on an industrial-grade, portable backdrop stand and are perfect for capturing huge group shots while also displaying your event’s branding.
After confirmation, we will need three weeks to develop the backdrop, so be sure to get in touch with us early. We will guide you every step of the way to ensure that you get the perfect backdrop for your event.

Customised Photo Holders
Whether you’re hosting an award ceremony and want to provide customised event mementoes for your awardees, or a black-tie event where guests can display their printed event photos on their desks as standees, we have options that fit the bill.
While we offer default options like customised photo standees, photo folders with hot stamping, and default back standees that you can view on our scrolling gallery, we are happy to create a custom solution to meet your unique needs.
To ensure the best price and delivery, all designs must be confirmed three weeks prior to your event, and we recommend a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces.

How does it work and how to proceed?
We prioritise delivering a seamless experience, which is why we have designed a system that minimises the time and effort required on your end. For example, you will only need to provide us with a logo (if required), captions, and a theme, and then approve the design. Once done, we will embed the overlay of your event’s design onto all the photos.
On the event day, our crew will arrive 45 minutes before the start time to set up and be ready to go 10-15 minutes early. Set up and teardown time is not chargeable and does not count towards the engagement time. This means that if you book our instant photo booth for a 4-hour period, we will be taking photos and printing them for the full 4 hours.
Our professional photographer will assist your guests in picking out props and posing during the photo booth. We will even pack the prints for your guests! After the event, softcopy will be provided if needed, 3-5 working days required.

Printout Sizes and Print Speed
We have got a few print sizes to choose from, but we usually go with 4R as our default and top pick. Just give us a heads-up if you want a different size. Do also note that each print takes about 8-9 seconds to produce.

Backdrops & Props
To enhance your event, I will recommend backdrops that perfectly align with your theme and create a memorable experience for your guests. If you already have specific backdrops in mind or would like to use your own, please feel free to share them. I’d be delighted to work with your preferences to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
Our collection of wearables, including spectacles, hats, gloves, shoutouts, and emoticons, is always available for every event. Check out some examples in the backdrop images and scrolling gallery.

Logistics Required
We will handle everything else for the setup, but we need your assistance coordinating with your venue provider.

Photo Border Design Overlay
To help us create the overlay, please provide the following information, which you can find on the link above:
